Cancellation Policy

If your class is full, please email us at hello@fitpanda.ca, and we'll be happy to help. - Registration is confirmed once payment and the required waiver have been completed. - Monthly memberships may be cancelled by email with at least seven (7) days' notice before the next scheduled payment date. - Semester registrations are non-refundable except as outlined in the membership policy. (including verified medical reasons or permanent relocation to another city.)
