Master the Art of Rotation
The Flip Program is designed for athletes whose primary goal is to learn flips. Unlike our parkour classes, this program focuses almost entirely on developing the physical abilities, technical understanding, and body awareness required for safe and efficient aerial skills.
Rather than learning dozens of different tricks, we first master the three fundamental axes of rotation that form the foundation of nearly every flip.
Â
Our Focus
        Forward Rotation
     Side Rotation
         Backward Rotation
        Twisting Rotation

Once students confidently understand these four movement patterns, they begin combining rotations to develop more advanced skills, including 180° and 360° twists integrated into flips.
Â
PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT
Flipping requires far more than courage—it requires a strong, well-prepared body.
Â
Students will develop:
Explosive jumping power
Strong and safe landing mechanics
Core strength for body control
Upper-body strength for takeoffs and aerial awareness
Flexibility and mobility
Spatial awareness in the air
Rotation control
Body tension and coordination

TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT
Students will learn:
Safe takeoff mechanics
Proper body positions during rotation
Landing technique
Front Flip progression
Side Flip progression
Back Flip progression
360° Spins
Twist fundamentals
Combining flips with twists
Air awareness and control

Why a Flip-Specific Class?
Learning flips safely requires dedicated training. While parkour includes occasional flips, this     class is designed for students who want to accelerate their aerial progression through focused coaching and specific physical preparation.
Because of this, parkour skills are kept to a minimum, allowing us to dedicate nearly every session to strength, technique, air awareness, and flip progression.
