Strength • Knowledge • Independence • Leadership • Limits

The S.K.I.L.L. Program is designed for students who are ready to build on their foundation and take the next step in their parkour journey.

This program develops stronger athletes, smarter movers, and more independent thinkers.           Students begin combining techniques into movement sequences while learning how to analyze obstacles, solve movement problems, and challenge themselves safely.

At this level, children don't simply learn new skills—they learn how to train.

STRENGTH

Building the physical ability to move with confidence.

1. Athletic Strength

Develop stronger pushing, pulling, climbing, hanging, jumping, and landing abilities.

2. Movement Efficiency

Improve speed, agility, coordination, balance, and flow movement through obstacles.

3. Endurance

Build physical and mental endurance to complete longer movement challenges with confidence.
